BigAgri started inside KF49, a working South African citrus packhouse, because nothing on the market did what we needed.

We needed software for the real work: bins from many growers, pack-line runs, PPECB, and a payroll with every SARS deduction. Nothing we tried fitted, so we built our own.

Then the growers we pack for asked for their own version, to log sprays and scouting, and BigFarm was born. The adviser who walks our orchards wanted to send recommendations both sides could see: BigAgent. Our exporters wanted pallets and packouts without the nightly spreadsheet: BigExport.

Today it is one platform used by farms, packhouses, export desks and payroll teams. And it still runs our own packhouse, every day of the season.
